Tim Dillon and Janeen Belt-Dillon
Founders of Access Association Services, Inc. 
In May 1997 Access Association Services, Inc. was formed with the common goal of “Raising the Level of Association Management”™ in partnership with the board of directors to build a stronger community. 

Tim started his management career in the Midwest, and acquired leadership skills with a working history of over 20 years in general management and district management positions. His years of management experience led him naturally into association management in which he worked 10 years for a leading association management company in the bay area. With the knowledge and experience of over 30 years of management, Access was born in May of 1997. 

Janeen’s background in administrative and accounting functions enabled Access to meet the demands of a growing company. Janeen, a native Californian has worked in the association management industry for over twenty-four years, and combined with her 18 years experience as an executive administrator and small business owner/operator, she is instrumental in maintaining the growth of our company. 

With a combined foundation of over 40 years of HOA management, Tim and Janeen’s knowledge and experience in the HOA industry along with the staff of Access professionals we continue to be successful in guiding Access to be one of the leading association management companies in Santa Clara, Monterey, Santa Cruz and Alameda County.
